What our offer includes

Our offer includes accommodation in one of our apartments. All apartments come with a bathroom with shower, air conditioning while you are in the apartment, Wi-Fi, parking, bed linen and blankets, and a set of towels. Six of our seven apartments also have a hob, a fridge and basic kitchenware.

Payment and cancellation

When your booking is confirmed, we ask for credit card details as a guarantee and payment of the full amount. If you cancel up to 1 week before arrival, you will be refunded the full amount minus a 30% cancellation fee. Tourist tax: €1 per person per night for guests aged 14 and over, payable at the property, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Residents of the Pedemontana Parmense area are exempt. As we are in the centre of town, car access to the property is restricted to certain times of day during local festivals (a few days a year).

Information

Check-in: from 3:00 pm on your day of arrival. You will receive a personal access code for the building and your apartment, valid for your entire stay. Codes are sent once we have received your ID details, which Italian law requires us to register for every guest. Please do not share your access codes with anyone else. Check-out: by 10:00 am.

Liability

Maki srl cannot be held responsible for adverse weather conditions, strikes or transport problems that cause delays or other changes to your stay. Maki srl is not liable for any damage suffered by the guest as a result of the total or partial non-performance of the contract where this is attributable to the guest, to unforeseeable events, to force majeure, or to circumstances that Maki srl could not reasonably have foreseen or resolved with due professional diligence.

Rules

Only registered guests may enter the property. Visits from family or friends must be approved by the management in advance, and visitors are required to leave a form of ID with the management.

The car park is for registered guests only. It is an open-air, unattended car park, and the management cannot be held responsible for any damage to or theft from vehicles parked there. The car park gate is always closed and can only be opened with the access codes provided to guests, who must NOT share them with anyone else.

Small pets are welcome. Any damage to the apartment's furnishings or equipment caused by guests or their visitors will be charged accordingly.

The management accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft of or damage to guests' valuables and personal belongings.

Apartments are cleaned every 7 days. Cleaning the KITCHENETTE and EMPTYING YOUR OWN BINS are ALWAYS THE GUEST'S RESPONSIBILITY; failure to do so will incur an extra cleaning fee of €30. Additional cleaning is available on request for a supplement.

SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the apartments and in all indoor communal areas. Any damage resulting from smoking will be charged to the guest.

Parties are not permitted anywhere on the property.

Failure to observe these rules, or any behaviour deemed inappropriate, may result in immediate termination of the stay at the sole discretion of the management. In this case, the guest will not be entitled to a refund, and the management reserves the right to claim compensation for any damage caused.
