To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to observe the following rules.

Visitors

Only registered guests may enter the property. Visits from family or friends must be approved by the management in advance, and visitors are required to leave a form of ID with the management.

Parking

The car park is for registered guests only. It is an open-air, unattended car park, and the management cannot be held responsible for any damage to or theft from vehicles parked there. The car park gate is always closed and can only be opened with the access codes provided to guests. Please do not share these codes with anyone else.

Pets 

Small pets are welcome.

Damage Any damage to the apartment's furnishings or equipment caused by guests or their visitors will be charged accordingly. Valuables The management accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft of or damage to guests' valuables and personal belongings.

Cleaning

Apartments are cleaned every 7 days. Guests are responsible for keeping the kitchenette clean and for emptying their own rubbish bins at all times; failure to do so will incur an extra cleaning fee of €30. Additional cleaning is available on request for a supplement. No smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments and in all indoor communal areas. Any damage resulting from smoking will be charged to the guest.

No parties

Parties are not permitted anywhere on the property.

Failure to comply

Failure to observe these rules, or any behaviour deemed inappropriate, may result in immediate termination of the stay at the sole discretion of the management. In this case, no refund will be given, and the management reserves the right to claim compensation for any damage caused.
